What happens to any unclaimed lost property?

We'll always make sure to keep any recovered clothing/bags for a minimum of 30 days with more expensive items such as mobile phones for at least 3 months.

The only exception to the above is if we find any debit or credit cards, which (for all round security) we have to destroy after 24 hours.

Unfortunately if we still have any lost property after their elapsed time then items will be either donated to one of our local charities or responsibly recycled.
